Susan noted that we are exactly four years old based on Bishop Lamb's letter assigning us to Grace Fairfield.. Clerk Roz and Jim sent a letter letting us know they are looking for another church. We need to find a Clerk. Members at Large Araminta asked about the details of clergy selection. Susan explained that it is the prerogative of Rev. Debra Warwick-Sabino to sign-up the priests. That process was delegated to Susan. Susan talked to the Bishop and subsequently Debra and Ann Hallisey drew up a list of people. Donna McNiel was suggested by Canon Olson to be the long-term supply clergy for St. Brigid's. Deacons' Reports: Derek Christmas 94571 has been taken over by Rio Vista Ministry. They are now in the old Chamber of Commerce Building. Christmas 94571 is being coordinated with CARE. (The Auto Clerk conked out here and we rely on notes made by Owen and Susan) Susan Rite I services need to be discussed with Donna to find a time when it would be appropriate.
